Seafood in Parchment

This recipe for the City Arts blog is light but full of flavor. There really isn’t much more to it than wrapping up a selection of prepped seafood in parchment paper; pouring over white wine, chopped tomatoes, and fresh basil; and then baking the package for about 20 minutes. I served this with rice, asparagus, and crusty French bread to soak up all the juicy broth (don’t even think about letting it go to waste!). Really simple, really delicious.

i finally made this last night. SO GOOD. i served it on pasta using the sauce from the parchment for the pasta sauce. in future i will also add some butter to the pasta, but overall a gigantic hit. thanks for this recipe!
